Ms. George trained under the tutelage of world-renowned caterer, cookbook author, and food critic Marina Polvay. She began her career creating posh weddings and extravagant soirees for Miami's social set, grand openings for some of South Florida's premier buildings, and public relation/advertising events for businesses.
